Maudio Izotope Ozone 3

Izotope Ozone 3

  complete mastering solution
  64-bit internal processing
  analog modeling
  dynamics, EQ, reverb and more
  real-time analysis tools
iZotope’ Ozone 3 combines analog modeling with 64-bit digital precision to deliver a complete integrated suite of world-class mastering processors. Ozone 3 isn't a collection of plug-ins a single powerful interface that combines all the required mastering tools in one system. This makes it easier to use and to understand the mix’and it sounds better because all processing is done via 64-bit DSP until final output. It's technically impossible to get this sound quality and resolution by chaining separate plug-ins together. From the warm sound of tube-modeled equalizers to the pure transparency of linear phase filters, Ozone 3 provides the tools and the technology you need to deliver top-notch audio masters.

Multi-band Dynamics

Up to four bands of analog-modeled compression, limiting and expansion with a smooth sound and a fine degree of control

•Real-time visualization of the dynamics within each band, including gain reduction meters, level histograms and X-Y compression curves.

• Analog or digital linear phase crossovers with adjustable Q (bandwidth).

• RMS and peak detection modes.

Paragraphic EQ

Shape your mix with eight bands of bell, high-pass, low-pass, high-shelf or low-shelf filters overlaid on a fully configurable spectrum analyzer.

• Choose from analog-modeled EQ with "soft saturation" modeling or digital linear phase filtering with up to 16,000 bands of precision.

• Compare your mixes with a powerful spectrum analyzer that offers real-time and average modes, critical or third octave bands and snapshots.

• Matching mode lets you use spectrum snapshots of recordings to create "automatic" EQ curves.

Multi-band Harmonic Exciter

Up to four bands of multi-band excitation for adding warmth, sparkle or shine to your mixes.

• Choose from retro, tape or tube-modeled excitation with adjustable amount and mix controls for each band.

• Unique multi-band time offset controls for tightening and adding "attack" to bass and kick.

Multi-band Stereo Imaging

Up to four bands of multi-band stereo widening for adding space to your mix without losing the bass.

• Visualize the stereo image with a powerful phase/channel meter display that highlights imaging, phase and potential canceling problems.

• Apply multi-band channel delay controls for adjusting the perceived location of the stereo field or correcting tape errors.

Mastering Reverb

Dual mode reverb for adding ambience to your mix.

• Selectable plate or room modeling algorithms for "studio" or "acoustic" ambience.

• Control room size, predelay, width, frequency cutoffand more

• Special controls for soloing the wet signal, adjusting the frequency response and monitoring the width and phase of the reverb signal.

Loudness Maximizer

Push the level without overloading with analog-modeled or transparent digital loudness maximizers.

• Surpasses the quality of competing Loudness Maximizers.

• Intelligent release control technology.

• Visual feedback provided through limiting gain reduction meters and overall loudness histograms.

Dither

Prepare audio for CD with word-length reduction and high-order, psychoacoustic shaped dither.

• Includes MBIT+ dither for psychoacoustically optimal word length reduction, which outperforms competing algorithms

• Integrated DC offset filtering, auto-blanking anddither harmonic suppression for dynamic and transparent conversions.

• Unique set of bit scopes and DC level meters provide a complete view of the digital bitstream and conversion process.

Additional Features

Work faster, easier and smarter

• Manage presets with a modular integrated preset system.

• Customize the signal processing order with a unique graphical flowchart.

• Automate over 150 parameters through automation.

• Create A/B comparisons or step back through your tweaks with unlimited undo and history operations.

• 64-bit internal processing chain
• supports up to 192kHz sampling rate
• complete mastering suite in a single plug-in
• 8-band paragraphic EQ (linear-phase, tube-modeled and matching modes)
• multi-band dynamics with compression, limiting, expansion, peak and RMS detection modes
